Garlic, olive oil and chilli spaghetti

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 4):

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 400 gr spaghetti
  • 2 hot chilli peppers
  • Salt
  • 100 ml Frutto della Vita Organic Oil

PREPARATION

Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water, while you heat up the olive oil in a large frying pan.
When the oil is hot, add the crushed garlic, the chilli (deseeded and minced) and sauté for a couple of minutes on a fairly low heat, until the garlic is golden; turn off the flame.
Drain the spaghetti “al dente”, toss them in the frying pan with the oil, garlic and chilli. Sauté for 30 seconds and stir until well combined.
Serve hot.
