- 1 kg lamb, cut into pieces
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 sage leaves
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- ½ glass of white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Brown the lamb in a casserole with Olio di Roma PGI Primoli.
Add garlic, sage, and rosemary. Deglaze with the wine and let it evaporate.
Cook covered for 40 minutes over low heat.
