Guttiàu Bread


  • 150 g carasau bread (a flat, thin and very crisp Sardinian bread)
  • Salt
  • P.D.O. Sardegna Oil


Drizzle all the sheets of carasau bread with olive oil and a pinch of salt; bake them one at a time on a grill or in a pre-heated oven using the grill function.
They only need to cook a few minutes until golden and crispy.
Excellent as an appetizer or with dips!
